Portraiture has always been my favourite style of photography - in a world where most things are so carefully controlled, being able to work one on one with someone on a personal level has always felt very special to me. A portrait is not just about a head and shoulder shot, it's about capturing the essence of a person, transcending the mere visual to reveal a deeper narrative. ​

So, to commemorate my 25 years in photography, I am excited to announce a special series - over the next 25 weeks, I will showcase 25 of my favourite portraits taken from the past 25 years. Each week, I'll share one portrait accompanied by a personal insight into what makes the image particularly special to me - be it the story behind the shoot, the challenges faced, or the emotions evoked by the person in front of my lens.​
